Day 1: HA NOI - OLD QUARTER FOOD EXPLORATION (Dinner)

Arrive in Hanoi, check into your hotel.

Afternoon (Flexible): Depending on your arrival time, settle in and perhaps take a brief walk around the hotel vicinity.

4:00 PM: Meet your guide at the hotel lobby for your Old Quarter Food Walking Tour. Explore the culinary delights of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Sample famous street foods like:

Pho Ga (chicken noodle soup)

Bun Cha Hang Manh (grilled pork with vermicelli)

Nem Chua Ran (fried fermented pork rolls)

Banh Goi (pillow cake)

Egg Coffee

7:00 PM: Enjoy dinner with Hanoi specialties at a local restaurant recommended by your guide.


 

Day 2: HANOI - LANG SON - THE ART OF BANH CUON (Breakfast, Lunch)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

8:30 AM: Pick up from your hotel by your guide and driver for your transfer to Lang Son (approx. 3 hours).

10:00 AM: Enjoy Banh Cuon Nong (hot steamed rice rolls) for breakfast at a local eatery along the way.

11:30 AM: Arrive in Lang Son and savor a lunch featuring local specialties such as:

Khau Nhuc (braised pork belly)

Pho Chua (sour noodle soup)

Nem Nuong (grilled minced pork skewers)

1:30 PM: Visit Dong Kinh Market - the largest trading center in Lang Son, and explore local products.

Evening: Enjoy dinner at a restaurant in Lang Son. Overnight in Lang Son.


 

Day 3: LANG SON - HA GIANG - HIGHLAND FLAVORS AND STONE PLATEAU (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Lang Son.

8:30 AM: Check out from your hotel and begin your transfer to Ha Giang (approx. 5-6 hours).

12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant en route to Ha Giang.

3:30 PM: Arrive in Ha Giang and check into a local ethnic homestay.

5:00 PM: Participate in preparing dinner with the host family, learning about the unique culinary culture of the ethnic minorities in Ha Giang.

Evening: Enjoy a warm family dinner with local dishes like Thang Co (horse meat stew), Men Men (steamed ground corn), and Chao Au Tau (porridge with toxic tubers - seasonal). Listen to stories about Ha Giang's culture and people.


 

Day 4: HA GIANG - DONG VAN - MEO VAC - MARKET DELICACIES (Breakfast, Lunch)

Enjoy breakfast at the homestay.

9:00 AM: Explore the Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark: visit Lung Cu Flag Tower, the Vuong Family's Palace, and Dong Van Ancient Town.

12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Dong Van.

2:30 PM: Travel to Meo Vac and visit the local market (if it's market day, usually Sunday), sampling regional specialties like Thang Co, Men Men, and various local cakes.

Evening: Enjoy dinner in Meo Vac. Overnight in Meo Vac.


 

Day 5: HA GIANG - SAPA - COLORS OF HIGHLAND CUISINE (Breakfast, Lunch)

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Meo Vac.

8:30 AM: Check out from your hotel and begin your transfer to Sapa (approx. 5-6 hours).

12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant along the way to Sapa.

3:30 PM: Arrive in Sapa and check into your hotel. Free time to explore Sapa town, visit the Stone Church, and Sapa Lake.

Evening: Explore Sapa night market with its diverse food stalls.


 

Day 6: SAPA - HANOI - FAREWELL FLAVORS (Breakfast, Lunch)

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel in Sapa.

9:00 AM: Visit Cat Cat Village of the H'Mong ethnic minority, learning about their culture and cuisine.

12:00 PM: Indulge in a lunch featuring Sapa's specialties like Salmon Hot Pot, Black Chicken Grilled, Cai Meo (mustard greens), and Thang Co Ngua (horse meat stew).

2:00 PM: Begin your transfer back to Hanoi (approx. 5-6 hours).

Evening: Arrive in Hanoi, and you will be transferred to the airport for your departure. End your delightful culinary journey through Northern Vietnam.

Terms and Conditions of Truong Sa Tourist

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the "Traveler") and Truong Sa

Tourist. They outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties regarding the travel services we

provide. Please read them carefully. By making a booking with Truong Sa Tourist, you acknowledge

that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself

and all other Travelers included in your booking.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Travelers must be at least 18 years old to purchase services from Truong Sa Tourist. Minors under

18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. SERVICES COVERED

"Services" refer to travel consultation and planning, domestic and regional flights, cruises,

transportation, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related arrangements offered by Truong Sa

Tourist.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All quoted prices are estimates and subject to change depending on availability, exchange rates,

and other market fluctuations. Prices generally do not include:

- Personal expenses (e.g. laundry, incidentals)

- Passport/visa costs

- Travel insurance

- Tips and gratuities

- Single supplement charges

- Bank/transaction fees

- Any unlisted items

4. LOCAL PAYMENTS

Certain services may require on-site payment due to fluctuating costs. These payments are due

upon arrival and are non-refundable. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the service.

5. CHILDREN POLICY

- Infants (<2 years): 10% of adult rate

- Children 2-11 years: 85% of adult rate

- 12+ years: full adult rate

Airfare for children is determined by airline policy at time of booking. For bookings involving multiple

children, please contact us for a personalized quote.

6. RESERVATIONS & FINAL PAYMENTS

A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made

no later than 30 days before departure unless otherwise agreed. Certain services may require full

payment at the time of booking.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

- More than 31 days before departure: 10% of total payment + airfare cancellation fees

- 15-30 days: 45% of total payment + airfare cancellation fees

- 8-14 days: 70% of total payment

- 7 days or fewer: 100% of total payment

- No-shows: 100% of total payment

Domestic flight tickets are non-refundable. Missed services, skipped activities, or unused portions of

the tour are non-refundable.

Changes after booking are treated as cancellations and new bookings, subject to availability and

additional costs.

8. ISSUING TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

A confirmation voucher will be issued within 48 hours after receiving your deposit. Final documents,

including domestic tickets, will be sent 15-30 days before arrival. Truong Sa Tourist is not

responsible for issues caused by incorrect traveler information.

9. INSURANCE

Travelers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip

cancellations, and lost belongings. Truong Sa Tourist does not provide insurance and is not

responsible for any losses resulting from insufficient coverage.

10. PASSPORTS, VISAS, & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Travelers must ensure they have valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and comply

with all health regulations. Truong Sa Tourist is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions

due to missing or incorrect documentation.

11. LOCAL LAWS & CUSTOMS

Travelers must comply with local laws and customs. Truong Sa Tourist will not be liable for

consequences resulting from non-compliance, including fines, arrest, or deportation.

12. AIR TRANSPORT

We are not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations of international flights. For domestic

and regional flights arranged by us, airline terms and conditions apply. Flight times and carriers may

change at short notice.

13. ACCOMMODATIONS

All accommodation is based on double occupancy unless specified otherwise. Single supplements

may apply. Hotel check-in is generally at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Hotel availability is subject

to change; equivalent alternatives will be provided if necessary. Some hotels may request a security

deposit at check-in.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Truong Sa Tourist is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by third parties,

force majeure, or personal negligence. Our responsibility ends when we have exercised reasonable

care in arranging your services.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for service disruptions due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters,

wars, epidemics, strikes, government actions, or similar events. In such cases, refunds or

compensation are not guaranteed unless recoverable from suppliers.

16. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, where Truong Sa Tourist's head office is

located.

17. COMPLAINTS

If you encounter any issues during your trip, notify your guide or travel consultant immediately so we

can help resolve it. Written complaints must be submitted within 15 days after your tour ends, along

with supporting documents.

18. MARKETING MATERIALS

We may use statements, photos, or images of Travelers for promotional purposes. By joining our

tours, you grant Truong Sa Tourist a non-revocable license to use your likeness without

compensation.

19. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions may be updated without prior notice. Changes will not affect bookings

made prior to the revision date. Please review the terms applicable at the time of booking.

By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you accept these Terms and Conditions on

behalf of yourself and all travellers included in your booking.
