Day 1: HANOI - CULTURAL IMMERSION

Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi. You will be met by our guide and transferred to your hotel in the city center.

Afternoon: Free time to begin exploring Hanoi at your own pace. Consider visiting the bustling Old Quarter, a maze of narrow streets filled with shops, cafes, and local life. Enjoy a traditional Water Puppet show, a unique Vietnamese art form.

Evening: Free for you to enjoy dinner and explore Hanoi's street food.

Day 2: HANOI - SAPA'S HIGHLAND COLORS (Breakfast, Lunch)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

8:30 AM: Pick up by your guide and vehicle for the transfer to Sapa by comfortable private coach (approx. 5-6 hours).

2:30 PM: Arrive in Sapa, check into your hotel, and have lunch at a local restaurant with dishes like Thang Co (Horse Meat Stew) , Rau Cai Meo Xao Toi (Sapa Mustard Greens Stir-fried with Garlic).

3:30 PM: Begin your trekking adventure to explore one of Sapa's captivating ethnic minority villages: Cat Cat Village (Black H'Mong) or Lao Chai and Ta Van Villages (H'Mong and Giay).

Evening: Enjoy dinner in Sapa, trying local highland specialties.

Day 3: SAPA - FANSIPAN PEAK & LOCAL MARKETS (Breakfast, Lunch)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

8:30 AM: Transfer to the Fansipan cable car station.

9:00 AM: Take a cable car ride up to Fansipan Peak, the "Roof of Indochina."

11:00 AM: Return to Sapa town and have lunch such as Lau Ca Tam (Sturgeon Hotpot), Ga Den Nuong (Grilled Black Chicken).

2:00 PM: Visit Sapa Market, a vibrant hub of local ethnic minority trade.

Evening: Enjoy dinner in Sapa.

Day 4: SAPA - FURTHER EXPLORATION (Breakfast, Lunch)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

9:00 AM: Continue exploring Sapa and its surroundings. You can choose to:

Trek to other villages: Ta Phin Village (Red Dao), Muong Hoa Valley (ancient rock carvings).

Visit Silver Waterfall and Tram Ton Pass (Heaven's Gate).

Rent a motorbike and explore the scenic routes.

12:00 PM: Have lunch in Sapa: Lau Bo (Beef Hot Pot), Khau Nhuc (Braised Pork Belly).

Afternoon: Free time for shopping, relaxation, or local experiences (massage, spa...).

Evening: Enjoy dinner in Sapa.

Day 5: SAPA - HA LONG BAY (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and check out.

8:00 AM: Private car picks you up for the direct transfer to Ha Long Bay (approx. 5-6 hours). This is a longer travel day with potential rest stops.

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Arrive in Ha Long, check in to your cruise, and enjoy a fresh seafood or Cha Muc (Grilled Squid Cakes) lunch as the boat begins its journey through Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Afternoon: Participate in activities such as kayaking through hidden lagoons or visiting a beautiful cave like Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave).

7:00 PM: Enjoy a romantic dinner on board, admiring the bay at night.

Evening: Enjoy onboard entertainment (if available) or relax and stargaze on the sundeck. Overnight on the cruise.

Day 6: HA LONG BAY - HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch)

Morning: Wake up to enjoy the sunrise over the bay and participate in a Tai Chi session (if available).

7:30 AM: Enjoy a light breakfast on board. Continue cruising through the stunning landscapes.

9:30 AM: Check out of your cabin and disembark the cruise.

10:30 AM: Transfer back to Hanoi (approx. 3-4 hours).

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi, and you will be transferred to Noi Bai International Airport for your departure. End of the tour.

Terms and Conditions of Truong Sa Tourist

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the "Traveler") and Truong Sa

Tourist. They outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties regarding the travel services we

provide. Please read them carefully. By making a booking with Truong Sa Tourist, you acknowledge

that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself

and all other Travelers included in your booking.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Travelers must be at least 18 years old to purchase services from Truong Sa Tourist. Minors under

18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

2. SERVICES COVERED

"Services" refer to travel consultation and planning, domestic and regional flights, cruises,

transportation, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related arrangements offered by Truong Sa

Tourist.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All quoted prices are estimates and subject to change depending on availability, exchange rates,

and other market fluctuations. Prices generally do not include:

- Personal expenses (e.g. laundry, incidentals)

- Passport/visa costs

- Travel insurance

- Tips and gratuities

- Single supplement charges

- Bank/transaction fees

- Any unlisted items

4. LOCAL PAYMENTS

Certain services may require on-site payment due to fluctuating costs. These payments are due

upon arrival and are non-refundable. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the service.

5. CHILDREN POLICY

- Infants (<2 years): 10% of adult rate

- Children 2-11 years: 85% of adult rate

- 12+ years: full adult rate

Airfare for children is determined by airline policy at time of booking. For bookings involving multiple

children, please contact us for a personalized quote.

6. RESERVATIONS & FINAL PAYMENTS

A deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made

no later than 30 days before departure unless otherwise agreed. Certain services may require full

payment at the time of booking.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

- More than 31 days before departure: 10% of total payment + airfare cancellation fees

- 15-30 days: 45% of total payment + airfare cancellation fees

- 8-14 days: 70% of total payment

- 7 days or fewer: 100% of total payment

- No-shows: 100% of total payment

Domestic flight tickets are non-refundable. Missed services, skipped activities, or unused portions of

the tour are non-refundable.

Changes after booking are treated as cancellations and new bookings, subject to availability and

additional costs.

8. ISSUING TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

A confirmation voucher will be issued within 48 hours after receiving your deposit. Final documents,

including domestic tickets, will be sent 15-30 days before arrival. Truong Sa Tourist is not

responsible for issues caused by incorrect traveler information.

9. INSURANCE

Travelers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip

cancellations, and lost belongings. Truong Sa Tourist does not provide insurance and is not

responsible for any losses resulting from insufficient coverage.

10. PASSPORTS, VISAS, & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Travelers must ensure they have valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and comply

with all health regulations. Truong Sa Tourist is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions

due to missing or incorrect documentation.

11. LOCAL LAWS & CUSTOMS

Travelers must comply with local laws and customs. Truong Sa Tourist will not be liable for

consequences resulting from non-compliance, including fines, arrest, or deportation.

12. AIR TRANSPORT

We are not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations of international flights. For domestic

and regional flights arranged by us, airline terms and conditions apply. Flight times and carriers may

change at short notice.

13. ACCOMMODATIONS

All accommodation is based on double occupancy unless specified otherwise. Single supplements

may apply. Hotel check-in is generally at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. Hotel availability is subject

to change; equivalent alternatives will be provided if necessary. Some hotels may request a security

deposit at check-in.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Truong Sa Tourist is not liable for injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by third parties,

force majeure, or personal negligence. Our responsibility ends when we have exercised reasonable

care in arranging your services.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for service disruptions due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters,

wars, epidemics, strikes, government actions, or similar events. In such cases, refunds or

compensation are not guaranteed unless recoverable from suppliers.

16. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam, where Truong Sa Tourist's head office is

located.

17. COMPLAINTS

If you encounter any issues during your trip, notify your guide or travel consultant immediately so we

can help resolve it. Written complaints must be submitted within 15 days after your tour ends, along

with supporting documents.

18. MARKETING MATERIALS

We may use statements, photos, or images of Travelers for promotional purposes. By joining our

tours, you grant Truong Sa Tourist a non-revocable license to use your likeness without

compensation.

19. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions may be updated without prior notice. Changes will not affect bookings

made prior to the revision date. Please review the terms applicable at the time of booking.

By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you accept these Terms and Conditions on

behalf of yourself and all travellers included in your booking.
