1. Bun Bo Hue

3. Bot Loc Cake

This type of cake is very typical in Hue, it is sold everywhere at a very cheap price. Flour cake filled with shrimp and meat, chewy and soft on the outside, wrapped in layers of banana leaves. Served with a rich dipping sauce, it will impress you.

4. Nam Cake
 


 

“Banh nam” is a famous rustic cake of Hue cuisine. The appearance is quite similar to “banh bot loc”, however, it is larger in size and made from rice flour,the cake filling is usually made from lean meat, minced chicken, shrimp, and shrimp... Nam cake is often eaten with chili fish sauce mixed with powder and has a slightly sweet taste.

5. Com Hen

6. Va Tron

 7. Banh Canh Nam Pho

8. Ep Cake

Ep cake is made from simple, rustic ingredients right from everyday life such as tapioca flour, pork, eggs, green onions.... however, it brings a very strange flavor, the greasy taste of meat and eggs, the crispy taste of cooked tapioca flour, mixed with the aroma of raw vegetables, mixed with a bit of sour and spicy from the dipping sauce, making it impossible to stop once you eat it.
